3rd AYC OLD BOARD MEMBERS MEET

Old board members meet chaired by Ms.Arundathi, OB Members firstly she welcomed all the OB members present in the meeting, the members present were Rev.Mitsuo Miyake, President AYC, Dr. James Arputharaj, Chennai, Mr.Shantha Lal Mulmi, Nepal, Watcharen from Thailand, Sanjeev Kumar, Hyderabad, representative on behalf of Mr.Sukumar David.
Rev Mitsuo Miyake: Rev Mitsuo Miyake explained about the WAC Motion is In this summer, General Secretary Mr.Kozai has sent a motion paper which was explained by Rev.Mitsuo Miyake, requesting all the OB members to accept the motion to become WAC members, in response to the WAC Motion all the board members have agreed and passed the Motion.
 YC OB member will be WAC Member and it has been discussed in OB meeting and requested the concern about the all the OB members. The result is to no more OB team only WAC Members

The process of electing the WAC members is from Old Board Members by the selection of President the members of WAC will be finalized all the Old board members will not be automatically WAC Members infact the members has to be shortlisted by the President in the near future this WAC will be Member Organisation of WFM.
Arundathi: It’s a strong desire to support AYC to WAC towards further development and extend your work in your own respective chapters. Rev Mitsuo Miyake’s strong desire is to focus more on WAC and he has invited Dr.James Arputharaj to take initiative of WAC and to enroll in WFM, he can initiate the work on a voluntary basis AYC is not in a position to fund for this
Regarding funding for WAC Sensai Rev.Mitsuo Miyake’s, strongly expressed that due to limited Resources of AYC that James Arputharaj and others to raise resources on their own for making WAC an active partner of WFM.
Dr.James Aruptharaj has agreed and promised to forward the format to become a support member in WFM

We are here to support you in future we can work more closely all the AYC members are our roots a tree of WFM tree.
WAC made this AYC 25 years before WAC was very big it is a reversal effect WAC-AYC-WAC expect to build stronger for further development.
